Found My Goat

THIS GUY IS THE MAN NOT ONLY CAUSE OF THE STACHE BUT HIS SOLID SQUAT. I WANT TO BE LIKE HIM!



WOD 3 Rounds for Time:

15 SDHP (95 pounds)
200m Run
15 Overhead Squats (95 pounds) I subbed front squats instead cause overheads suck bad
200m Run

I seriously need to work on my flexibility and my squats. These are two of my goats!
