WOD: Row 500m @ 2:00 min pace then 5-5-5 thruster at 95#
I t felt good to do a little something to get the blood flowing a little. All the work has been put in over the past few months and now all there is to do is rest, eat good, and do my best this weekend.
My name is Nick and I started crossfit in November of 2008. I go to school in Chico and workout at Crossfit NorCal. When not at school i live in Ventura and workout at Crossfit Ventura.
